Twenty eight marathons in 28 days, Frome father runs and raises thousands for baby loss charities

Frome's marathon of marathon men ran home today (June 17) and after running an epic distance every day, for 28 days, he didn't even look tired.

Although Chris Bales, who took off on his endeavours to raise money and awareness following the tragic death of his daughter, did tell the waiting crowd: " Never again."

Chris ran over 730 miles in aid of the charities who helped his family when they lost their daughter who died aged just 28 days.

To date he has raised a total of £ 6,500, which will be split between, The Grand Appeal at Bristol Children's Hospital, Cruse Bereavement and will be used by a charity to produce podcasts to help the special grief felt by fathers over baby loss.
