Two town centre sites which had been advertising property for rent in and around Frome, have cleared their window displays.

The Frome Letting Centre's window was today (January 18) empty of adverts.

Frome Nub News has also noted that Holden Heal on Market Place also has an empty window.

Nub News has contacted both companies to find out what are their business plans.

Holden Heal is still operating as a rental and sale company with staff asking potential customers to call 01373 453 453. They told us that due to social distancing in a narrow office they have been working remotely since 24th March 2020 but very much still here and doing business.

Frome rental property is at a premium at the moment, with several agents saying that they have nothing to rent at all.

Meantime on social media on local Frome Community Pages posts such as this (January 18), are not unusual : "Just wondering is there any rooms to rent in the Frome area??? I'm in desperate need of somewhere I will be homeless and have no where to go with my stuff. I'm currently on home finder but getting no where with that at this moment in time..."
