The help goes both ways
The help goes both ways

There are now a number of Ukrainians housed in and around Frome, and they have begun to build a network of support.

One thing that is being offered is English lessons, but the contacts are not just for Ukrainians - there have also been offers of those who have arrived wanting to contribute to the local area.

One person in Radstock is now offering to make and sell, traditional Ukrainian dumplings, They are called varenky and are very time consuming to make so the lady is offering to make them and sell them frozen in bags.

There is a new group with all the details on how to connect with others HERE ;

Next Tuesday there is also a drop in coffee morning for anyone who has come from Ukraine and wants to meet others, or get some help.
