Vallis First School celebrated Harvest this week with a special assembly at Holy Trinity Church.

The children enthusiastically performed songs and poems to their parents around the theme of 'thank you.' Children presented the journey of a banana and shared that there are so many people to be grateful for in bringing bananas to us in Frome.

They thanked the farmers, delivery drivers, factory workers and shopkeepers.

The children brought in donations of food that will be distributed by Fair Frome.
