Juliea is a volunteer with Frome's Active and in Touch and talks about her time with the charity.

This week is Volunteer Week 1-7 June at the charity, which along with so many other charities is facing a tough future.

Here's what she had to say about her role with Active and in Touch: "Volunteering for Active and in Touch is a two-way process! As much as I give, I receive. Everyone is friendly and welcoming."

They are still looking for more volunteers who want get involve especially as lockdown restrictions are lifted and they are able to visit members while obviously following all coronavirus guidelines.
