Officers from the Mendip force, along with colleagues from Avon and Somerset specials, were out on Wednesday (January 18) in Frome.

It was a concerted day of action to locate people who were wanted for not going to court. Three arrests were made in Frome and Shepton Mallet. Drugs, a baton and a bladed article were also seized.

Avon and Somerset said they also gathered about other wanted people.
