What is allowed from tomorrow April 12 : Get your hair cut and celebrate with a glass of wine in the sunshine

These were the rules published in February

Back in February the government published its road map out of lockdown and this was what was offered up for April 12.

From this date it was hoped that the rules could changes to allow all shops to re-open, for hairdressers and zoos to open their doors and the number of guests at a wedding could increase to 15 (from the current six).
