This was the traffic alert at lunchtime on May 27.

All routes clogged according to travel Somerset, with the M5 particularly bad.

With the third and final bank holiday long weekend this weekend in May motorists were warned to expect queues.

There were also problems at the airports due to the failure of e passport gates.
