Yellow weather warning issued for Frome

A yellow weather warning has been issued for Frome this weekend as Storm Bert approaches.
The Met Office is warning of heavy rain from 6am on Saturday (23 November) until 11.45pm on Sunday.
"Heavy rain associated with Storm Bert may cause some travel disruption and flooding this weekend," the warning says.
Meteorologists also said there is a slight chance of power cuts and flooding to buildings as well as road closures due to flooding.
A yellow warning is also in place for Cornwall for strong winds.
