FROME and District Cats Protection are having a fundraising event, raising money for the charity outside ?Not Justs Pets? in Frome on Saturday 11th August, from 10am -3.30pm. One appliance from Frome and one from Warminster were mobilised following a report to the Fire Service Control Room from Avon and Somerset Police of a road traffic collision involving three vehicles with one person trapped.
On arrival at the scene crew confirmed one casualty within the vehicle not physically trapped, crew got to work to stabilise the vehicle and carry out casualty care.
Update 12:27
One female has been assisted from the vehicle by fire service personnel, crew are making the scene safe.
