We are truly blessed in Frome to have an abundance of walks right on our doorstep. Whether it's a heritage trail taking in the history of the town or walking to the outskirts to take in our wonderful countryside, we are lucky that we have so many options. While we are still in lockdown and advised to stay at home, there are multiple walks we can join straight from our homes, with no need to use a car or break any rules.

Cllr Sheila Gore added: "There's nothing better than taking your daily exercise in the form of a brisk walk on a bright, crisp winter's day. In these darker months it's important for our mental health and wellbeing to get outside in the fresh air and, hopefully, sunshine! In the coming weeks as the days start to get a little longer and the spring bulbs start to bloom, why not take advantage of our lovely town by getting out and about safely (and socially distanced) by mixing up your walks using the resources listed here."
