The Sandys Hill Lane development, called Keyford Meadows, is offering 198 new homes on the edge of Frome, close to Sainsbury's and the industrial estate Wessex Fields and an easy route out of town towards Shepton Mallet or over into Wiltshire.

For example, the four bedroomed homes on offer, the Cotswold is over three floors of flexible living space. On the ground floor a modern open plan kitchen/diner with integrated fridge freezer, double oven and French doors that open out onto a turfed rear garden. There is also a separate living room, a handy under stairs cupboard and a WC. On the first floor you'll find three bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the second floor, a master suite with en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. This new home comes with a single garage and driveway offering off road parking for two cars and an electric car charging unit 7.3KW.

All the homes on the hill will feature either efficient gas boilers or air source heat pumps as well as photovoltaic solar panels.

Developer Curo estimates that because of the energy efficiency of the homes, owners will saves £3,100 each year* on household bills.
