We are so used to associating the consumption of chocolate with unhealthy and sugary foods but drinking pure cacao has many physical and mental health benefits and is consedered a much better alternative to coffee to help you stay focused and feel present.

For those of you unfamiliar with cacao ceremonies, cacao ceremonies are a celebratory ritual that opens the heart through the use of cacao. Other meditation modalities are used such as sound baths or smoking rituals. Traditionally, cacao ceremonies have been conducted by Prehispanic American civilizations.

We aim to create a heart and mind opening cacao ceremony which can be enjoyed and appreciated by children and their parents, as well as other family members and friends, creating a safe space to forge and strengthen beautiful, family and human connections.
