UNTIL Sunday 17th March

A special day for YOU

Retreat day: Sunday 17th March @ East Woodlands Village Hall, Frome

Going on a retreat is an incredible way to take a break from your daily life and escape from everything, while allowing yourself the much-needed rest, relaxation, and grounding that you deserve. We strongly believe that everyone should have the opportunity to attend retreats, but we understand that not everyone can afford to spend a lot of money or take days off. That's why we are offering affordable, local retreat days at very reasonable prices, so that everyone can have a chance to find some inner peace and reconnect with themselves.

"I absolutely love these retreat days. It's a chance for some proper 'me' time and really helps me to deepen my meditation practice and remember the power of nature to help me to relax and centre. And I must admit, a big part of why I come is the food at the end - WOW!"- Sarah, Frome

The day's activities will include moments of silence, meditation, conversation, listening, connecting with nature, and self-reflection, all within a supportive and welcoming community. Refreshments and food will be provided and the day will conclude with the sharing of a delicious meal together (VG GF). Take this opportunity to give yourself the time, space, and tools to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate in the present moment.

Limited concessionary and extra-low price spots are available on a first come, first served basis.
