Nyima was raised as a Buddhist monk in Tibet and he lived as a monk for more 15 years in the monastery.  Nyima believes that Tibetan singing bowl is one of the most powerful modalities tools for use and it give you opportunity to learn how to practice wisdom to manage your mind, body, emotions and it systematically effect your life and give you abilities to create your life the way you want it. 

Session will include a combination of Charing and Breath Yoga. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for your comfort.
