Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients. Skills Strong knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration techniques. Proficient understanding of human anatomy to effectively assess and treat patients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
