Private Client Lawyer

• Salary: £40-60,000 DOE

Join our esteemed law firm with offices in Somerton and Wells as we are seeking a dedicated Private Client Lawyer. This role offers a promising path to progress into a Fee Earner position within a year. While the primary focus is on private client work, there is potential for involvement in litigation.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

• Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, estates, trusts, and tax planning.
• Provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.
• Prepare legal documents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance client service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Lawyer with a strong background in private client law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Openness to commute or relocate to Wells as required.
