Residential Property Assistant - Based in our office in Frome town centre, we are looking for a Paralegal or trainee Legal Executive to join our well-established and supportive property team.

The role has arisen to continue working an existing caseload of high-quality work from new and repeat clients across of Somerset. The ideal Residential Property Fee earner would have gained a minimum of 2 years experience. This will have been gained with a strong regional law firm that has a reputable property practice. You will have covered sales and purchases from instruction through to post completion dealing with matters such as searches, re-mortgages and more complex title issues.
