The opportunity - OTE £80k+ Clifton Private Finance is looking for experienced senior mortgage advisers to join our team. You will deal mainly with high-value clients and larger mortgages (our average mortgage is £450,000). This is a hybrid role, working three days in the office (Frome Business Park, 14 miles south of Bath) and two days from home._ What you should expect to earn: __ Basic salary - £45,000. _ Year 1: In the first 12 months, we expect your net earnings to be between £55k and £65k. Year 2: At the end of the 2nd year we would expect your net earnings to be between £65k and 75k. Year 3: By the end of year 3, you should be expecting to be earning £80k+ net What we do Clifton Private Finance is a progressive and dynamic marketing platform and specialist finance brokerage based in Bristol, Cardiff and Frome.Using its own website and a portfolio of other sites owned and controlled by its sister company, the company generates and validates new business enquiries that are then dealt with either via our internal broker teams, or one of our external broker partners. Role overview Focused on some of the most valuable new enquiries received into the business, you will be responsible for providing excellent mortgage & protection advice and service to your clients.You will be part of developing a strong working broker team with excellent working standards and practice.Our internal marketing and contact team books 3 to 4 appointments into your diary each day. You will receive client relationship and administrative support for your clients. Our well-established client are on the hunt for hard-working Membership Executives! Our client is looking for immediately available candidates with strong people skills and a confident phone manner to join their busy and friendly team. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right applicants after three months. Based in the newly built Business Park in Frome, our client offers personalised telephone contact services to high-profile membership organisations that reach out to businesses on their behalf. Key Responsibilities: You will be working on a wide variety of client campaigns. Responsible for making and receiving calls. Taking payment details. Sending emails to key internal and external stakeholders. Keeping records fully up to date. About you: Excellent communication skills with a clear confident telephone manner. Good IT skills and to be confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Someone with a positive attitude who is keen to deliver a high quality of work. Excellent attention to detail. GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential. You must be available to work for a minimum of six weeks. This is a full-time temporary position working 37.5 hours per week within our opening hours: 9.00am to 7.00pm, Monday to Thursday. 9.00am to 5.00pm, Fridays. 10.00am to 4.00pm, Saturdays (fortnightly shift pattern). Your core working hours will be 9.00am to 5.00pm two or three days a week, 11.00am to 7.00pm, two days a week and 10.00am to 4.00pm every other Saturday. Please note, when your shift includes a Saturday you will have a day off within the same week, so you are working for no more than 37.5 hours over five days. You may also have the opportunity to work additional hours at busy times.
