Frome's famed town centre pub, the Blue Boar is celebrating an impressive birthday.
This Friday it will be throwing a bash to celebrate its 330 year.
The pub's landlady, Sue who has only been there for 27 of those years, is hosting the party and raising money for the MS Society and for the air ambulance.
Everyone welcome when there will be fun (and the famous karaoke).
Although it seems an impressive age - and has been verified by the town's historians - the Blue Boar is not the oldest in Frome. That is thought to be the Lamb and Fountain, or Mother's as it is known, with parts of that building dating back to the 16th century.
It is also a new kid on the block compared to England's oldest pub. That is, according to the inn itself, The Old Ferry Boat Inn, which was established in 560 and is located in Holywell, in Cambridgeshire.
