The popular River House cafe, after seven years on its prime spot overlooking the river in Frome, is on the move.

It will be taking on more space around the corner, at Black Swan Arts.

The coffee shop, a firm favourite in the town is moving to the cafe space alongside the art gallery, which will be at 2 Bridge Street on Friday 2nd April.

The owners posted on social media: " We'd outgrown our little cafeÌ a long time ago, and with social distancing making our capacity even smaller, it's now time to ensure we can keep bringing you the good stuff in an environment that is spacious and safe.

" So it's time to soak up a final month of the House on the Bridge, before we re-open in our new location on the Easter weekend."
