Due to very few ticket sales the organisers of the Drive-in Carol event have decided to cancel this evening's concert at Standerwick.

"We are very sorry for anyone who did book and you will if course receive a full refund. " says The Rev. Clive Fairclough, the organiser.

"It's a difficult time for everyone and we appreciate that people are perhaps reluctant to leave their homes," says Rupert Kirkham from Frome FM, who co-sponsored the event. "We are planning to record a special radio programme involving some of the performers which will go out on Frome FM 96.6 and www.Frome.Fm on Christmas Day."

The organisers hope to put on another event in the Spring. Watch this space!
