End of an era as 99 year old Frome landlady passes away
Freda is understood to have died on November 17
Frome Nub News understands that Frome's oldest landlady Freda Searle has passed away.
Freda who was 99 led the Lamb and Fountain in Frome since 1969.
She was universally known as Mother and the pub named by many as Mother's.
