According to reports on social media, Frome's local golf course Orchardeigh, is being used for takes on the detective TV series Agatha Raisin.

Nub News approached the course, but they did not give us any clues as to what was being shot.

But according to one, apparently knowledgeable source, they are shooting series four of the popular detective drama, starring Ashley Jensen. The murder-mysteries based on the books by M.C. Beaton, are actually set in the Cotswolds.

Last weekend there was a camera crew out by the river in Frome, and Nub News has learned that last year Ammerdon Centre, on the way to Radstock, was one of the backdrops to the adaption of The Pursuit of Love, starring Lily James.

That will be broadcast on BBC One on May 9.
