Have you recently returned to cycling? Or tried it for the first time? Frome Town Council are offering free bike safety checks and cycle training to support anyone getting out and about on their bike.

The council is running the first of its session this coming Saturday - September 5 - for groups of up to 15 people, social distancing will still be maintained throughout.

There is a choice of adult traffic free training for those who can ride a bike but want to get more confident with steering, braking, signalling and changing gears, and bike rides for those who are confident cycling on quiet roads but would like some coaching on a bike ride including positioning, using junctions, route planning and riding as a family group.

All sessions are free but a £1 booking charge will apply.
