Strawberry Pizza ? Excellent.

That was the verdict of the experimental team at Domino's in Frome, who set themselves a challenge of coming up with a new topping variation.

Everyone knows about pineapple on a pizza but what about some other fruity combinations?

Strawberries on a pizza? YES ! It surprised even the cooks at the Frome pizza outlet, they DO go with more than cream.

And kiwis ? Well it certainly made for a colourful pizza and as the pizza creatives found, it was tasty too.

So it's a Frome first:

A spokesman said: "These are designed as a bit of fun, as there are already over one billion pizza combinations available on our website, however we are always exploring what's next! Maybe it's Kiwi Fruit and Strawberries, maybe its not.."

Tomato Sauce

Strawberries.
