TODAY'S FROME AREA EVENTS:

The We Hear You charity will be having a special drop in session, a coffee connection from ten am until midday at the Cheese & Grain for anyone affected by cancer, who needs or wants to talk.The sessions are co-hosted with Dorothy House Hospice Care.

It is, quite literally, the final mile for Frome's famous fundraiser Rachel Clark. She is about to find out how much she has raised in total for the We Hear You charity. She will be pulling on her trainers for the last time (at least for this endeavour) at Frome's Rugby Club from 12.30.

No need to run, although you can, but be there to cheer and congratulate her on this outstanding effort. And you can buy a £2 raffle ticket to support the cause while you are there. Prizes on offer will include a helicopter ride !
