September sees the return of Discuss & Do, a comprehensive and unique programme of business discussions and workshops exploring and sharing information, skills and tools. These free events run by Frome Chamber of Commerce and Frome Town Council are aimed at helping local enterprises to develop, prosper and support each other. Each session covers live examples by real businesses in town, and the forum encourages discussion and engagement on all levels.

Cllr Maxine Crawley said: "We're delighted to see this varied and exciting schedule for Discuss & Do this autumn. The workshops are free of charge and allow attendees to collaborate, share experiences and work together to build stronger, healthier organisations within Frome's business community."

The programme kicks off with 'Access to funding and growing your business' on 16th September, 11am – 1pm at Frome Town Hall. The workshop will help attendees identify and apply for the right type of funding to help businesses grow. The session will discuss funding opportunities available and advice on how best to secure them.

November will see 'Top Tips for attracting, recruiting and keeping great staff'. Taking place on the 18th, this practical session will give a number of good ideas on how to attract, recruit, keep and even say goodbye to great staff. Good content is everything, from the information on website and social media posts to videos and workshops. December's session on the 16th is 'Content creation to increase your reach' and will cover top tips to make content more engaging as well as ways to repurpose content to save time and energy.

All the sessions are free and further information and tickets can be found at www.frometowncouncil.gov.uk/discuss-and-do
