A parcel of garden land in Frome is set to go under the hammer later this month.

The plot at Stevens Lane will be auctioned on Thursday 29 August with a guide price of £8,000.

The garden was one part of the garden at number eight, and has a frontage onto Stevens Road.

Strakers Auctions is marketing the plot, which will be sold via an online auction.

There is a stone wall to the front and interested parties will need to make their own enquiries to creating an access.

"The land will be sold with restrictive covenants with regards to development and these will be available to inspect in the legal pack," the listing said.

"Pre-app advice has been sought in the past from the xouncil with a fairly negative response."
