Dough & Co in Frome, which took on the former Pizza Hut site in the town, has closed.

The chain, which opened early last year was shuttered when Nub News visited late last week.

The pizza site was underneath the local police hub over at Wessex Fields, in the same block as KFC.

Nub News has asked the company when it closed but it seems the decision may have been made quite suddenly. The Dough&Co Pizza restaurant in Swindon, which had opened in December 2021, closed suddenly just a year later with staff told by Whats App.

The Milton Keynes, Sheffield and Hanley stores closed at the same time, along with the Dough & Co in Trowbridge. The company, which also runs Burger Amour, now lists just ten pizza locations on its home page.
