Frome roadworks for week commencing November 25

There will be temporary traffic lights on the Frome Bypass this week to enable a streetlight fault to be repaired.

On Tuesday November 26, there will be multi-way lights at the junction of the A361 and the A362 so Scottish and Southern Power Distribution can locate and repair a streetlight fault in the verge.

Other roadworks in Frome this week include:

From Monday November 25 to Wednesday November 27, there will be multi-way temporary traffic lights at the junction of Blagdon Walk and Compton Gardens, to enable Wessex Water to repair a sewer.

On the same days, there will also be multi-way temporary traffic lights at the junction of Nunney Road and Oakfield Road so Bristol Water can raise three sunken covers.

From Tuesday to Thursday November 28, there will be temporary traffic lights in Selwood Road to allow Wessex Water to repair or replace a cover and frame.

On Monday, the multi-way temporary traffic lights at the junction of the B3090 Frome Road, Lullington Lane and Windsbatch Lane for Bristol Water works are scheduled to be removed.

Also finishing on Monday should be Bristol Water's work to repair a leak on the B3090 Bath Road.

On Wednesday, the work by Wales and West Utilities to repair a gas leak on the A362 Broadway should be completed.

From Monday to December 6, work will take place in Gypsy Lane on the installation of kerbs to stop stormwater entering a private driveway.

From Monday to Wednesday, Bristol Water will be repairing a leak in Clink Road.

Between Tuesday and Thursday, Bristol Water will be repairing a leak in Park Hill Drive and putting in a new connection in Clumber Drive, while Wessex Water will be repairing a sewer in Trinity Row.

Finally, from Friday November 29 to December 2, Virgin Media will be working in the pavement along the A362 Broadway.
