Frome Town Hall lights up with creativity

This is how Frome Town Hall looks with its windows decorated for this weekend's fifth anniversary Window Wonderland.
This wonderful creation was a joint effort created by groups from Active and In Touch, the pod charity and Oakfield School in Frome.
