The children at Vallis First School celebrated Harvest in Holy Trinity Church in Frome this morning (October 12). Their theme was a 'Rainbow Harvest.' The children excitedly walked to the church with their donations of food for the Frome Food Bank in colourful decorated boxes in the colours of the rainbow.

The children sang harvest songs and performed amazing poems that they had written themselves. The children in Year 2 bravely used the microphone and confidently told the audience what they had been researching about where colourful fruits and vegetables are grown.

Vallis First School are very grateful for the warm welcome they received at the church.
