Frome always has lots of busy events and festivals, none more so that the forthcoming Photo|Frome Festival of Photography.

It is only the second year of this wonderful event, but it is such a hit.

Meantime events in and around Frome this week include:

On Friday : If you see people around Frome wearing a splash of purple, WHY not join them. Its a big fundraiser for the extra special Frome based We Hear You. Details HERE

On Saturday - why not head into Bath with a hat. Remember it only costs £2 to jump on the D2 which takes you into the city.

It is open gardens with the National Garden Scheme. There are gardens open around Frome but if you wanted to head over somewhere extra special, this amazing garden in Midsomer Norton on Silver Street is open to visitors. It really is something special.
