The Saturday Sizzler returns!
The Saturday Sizzler returns!

FromeFM are proud to announce the return of the Saturday Sizzler show from 9am to 12 noon every Saturday. And we need your help! The show has a long history of being made for the community and by the community - providing up to date information about the goings on in and around Frome, highlighting community activity, local arts & entertainments, sports and businesses with a healthy dollop of music to keep us all entertained.

Regular Saturday Sizzler presenters Johnny and Ida can't present the show together due to lockdown restrictions, so Ida will head up the show with Johnny calling in for his sports and TV reviews.

Ida said, "It's great to being back on air again. I'm really pleased that I can use the show to promote what's going on in Frome. I'm especially hoping to hear from parents on their homeschooling tips and from local voluntary groups and businesses on how they are adapting to lockdown. And, as ever, anyone can get in touch with me to give a shout out to their family and friends whilst we're on air."

If you are providing services that you want Ida to promote, a parent with lockdown tips, or have anything else that you want to share with the local community on FromeFM you can get in touch by emailing [email protected] or on their Facebook page facebook.com/FromeFM.

You can listen to FromeFM on 96.6FM locally, or online at frome.fm.
