Hay fire at Norton St Philip, Frome

Date: 11.07.2018Time: 15:55Location: Norton St Philip, FromeThree crews and a water carrier were mobilised to hay bales smouldering inside a barn at the above location.

Upon arrival the crews confirmed there was a small fire. They were able to remove 100 tonnes of hay bales using a tractor and damp it down using two hose reels.
