Indian vegan cooking workshop being held near Frome

An Indian vegan cooking workshop is set to be held near Frome next month.

Chef Manna Teji, from Manna's Vegetarian Catering, will be holding the day at Meadowside Farm, in Witham Friary, on Saturday November 2.

It runs from noon until 6.30pm, and this includes the time for the meal which is cooked.

Attendees will learn to cook easy, simple, nourishing and tasty savoury Indian dishes. It is a practical workshop on healthy vegan food, made from scratch with seasonal ingredients.

You will get your own copy of recipes and participants will cook a starter and a main dish. Dessert is complimentary.

The price is £60, and to book a place call 07920 258880. Please bring an apron, knife, rolling pin, cutting board and containers for take away.
