It is a thumbs up from the happy team at Marston Foods

It is a double-award winning company, but it is not just the silverware which makes this a welcoming Frome company to work for.

The team at Marston Foods enjoy great benefits and great rates of pay working for this friendly, family-orientated company.

When we interviewed the Managing Director Sarah Green she told Nub News that what she loves about the company, where she has been at the helm for 11 years, is the fast pace of supplying handmade chilled desserts 365 days of the year to the supermarkets so it means that no two days are the same and you never know what challenges you are going to face.

They are looking for staff to join the team, with a focus on trying to make a life/work balance as healthy as it can be in a supportive working environment.

The company told Nub News: "Our longest team members have worked for over ten years with us and are looking forward to welcoming new members of the team. We want people to come and stay with us, be trained in the different areas and develop. "
