Frome College is looking for a Design Technology Technician, with an immediate start .

The successful candidate will: • Assist teachers and students during lessons and practical tasks. • Support in extra curricula activities. • Maintain stock and arrange maintenance of equipment and general administrative tasks relevant to the department. • Ideally, you will have a DT background, but this is not essential. • Have strong practical skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills and the ability to cope with competing demands. Salary £16,651 - £17,263 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm (with a 30 min unpaid lunchbreak). Term time only. To apply click HERE

Babington House is looking for a kitchen porter, paying £12.50 per hour . The Kitchen Porter is an invaluable position supporting all chefs within the kitchen environment to adhere to health standards and ensure a clean and efficient food service for members. To apply click HERE

The Woolpack Inn over in Beckington is looking for a bar and restaurant team member . It is part time but a permanent role. You do need to be over 18 as the serving of alcohol will be included in the role. Will include mixture of afternoons evenings and weekends - approximately 20 hours a week. And Five Education are recruiting Teaching Assistants for a special school in Frome. The role is to support identified pupils with Special Education Needs (SEN) and/ or mental health challenges. Previous experience in supporting individuals with SEND such as Autism and challenging behaviour is desirable. The right person for this role will be kind, compassionate, patient and resilient.
