A very special fancy dress costume is still missing.

You may not recognise volunteer Radek who is more often dressed as a big bright yellow duck. He was last seen wearing it at the highly successful Frome Children's Festival, delighting visitors at the town-wide event. Also, of course, collecting much-needed funds for Fair Frome.

But at the end of August the costume was taken from outside the Lidl supermarket.

The duck outfit is key for the return of the Frome Street Carnival (September 24) when Radek will be out and about again.

Now a local business has offered to buy a new costume, but Radek and his supporters are still hoping that the original will be returned.

Radek does a whole range of fund raising and work for Frome Street Carnival and Purple Elephant and Frome Children's Festival and Fair Frome
