Number 55 Locks Hill in Frome has applied to build First floor and single storey rear extensions
4 Goulds Lane in Frome has put in an application for the Erection of single-storey side extension and rear covered veranda.
Prior Approval for a proposed change of use of agricultural building to a dwellinghouse (Class C3) and for associated operational development is being sought at Southmead Farm on the Charlton Road in Holcombe.
And over in Norton St Philip the owners of 2 Lyde Green Lane have put in an application to Mendip planners for a Single story extension to front of building, increased height and reroofing to the rear of the building and creation of a small garden office space at the end of garden.

An application by Unit 1, which is the Old Post Office 9 Market Place in Frome, to put up one fascia sign and one hanging sign and to make internal alterations including removal of ground floor partition wall and double doors, has been approved.
The property is Grade II Listed and is currently the Superdrug store, next door to Costa coffee and means that some of the existing stock room area will be used to increase the size of the existing sales floor. The application states that there will be no work carried out on the first and second floor, which can be accessed only by staff.
An application to build a detached house on land 377635 147519 in Keyford in Frome has been approved.
Pruning back an Apple tree, a Yew and a Bay tree at 1 Bridge House on Bridge Street in Frome can go ahead after the tree works were approved.
The non material amendment to permission 2021/2328/HSE which is to demolish a two storey side extension and remove a boundary wall to make a parking space at 6 The Cedars in Frome has been approved.
An application for prior approval from Manor Farm on Hay Street in Ston Easton of agricultural development for a proposed building has been refused.
An application by Fair View House on Hill to Green Street in Hemington to build a detached single storey annex, following the demolition of an existing outbuilding has been approved.
