Love for long term Frome teacher clear to see with tributes posted at the school gates

There were lines of floral tributes on the gates to Christ Church School in Frome today (December 19) to honour their teacher, who had been at the school for 12 years, and died in a road accident in Bath.

Diamond classes teacher Mrs Sarah-Jane L'Esteve, passed away at 4.30pm as she made her way home after school. She was just 48 years old.

The school paid tribute to her enthusiasm, passion and her gifts as a Science Subject Leader.

Police have put out an appeal for witnesses to the crash which they described as :" A fatal single vehicle collision on Gay Street, Bath which happened at about 4.30pm yesterday (Wednesday 16 December). "

The car was reported to have suddenly left the road and collided with a wall.
