Following gigs in local major venues such as the Fleece in Bristol and Moles in Bath, Frome-based music promotion team, Music Eye, covered last Sunday's Cheese and Grain gig of the Rural Music Network Project.

The project is masterminded by James Brookes and also supported by local radio station, Frome FM.

The amazing talent of our young local musicians was showcased to a lively audience on the hallowed main stage of the Cheese and Grain.

Photos from the night include singer/songwriter Lauren Diffey, guitar ace Marcus Smith, who could easily take on Slash, the stunning Otto Wilde, the funky five-piece The Marianas and the renowned Frontrunners.

Music Eye will be publishing selected video clips of the event in the not too distant future, keep an eye on www.musiceye.org, Facebook @musiceyeuk and Instagram musiceyeuk.
