A new pop up junk shop has opened in Frome and there is everything in there to excite everyone from collectors to the simply curious.

Just seeing inside the former chapel is an added delight. The pop-up has everything from old lamps, to typewriters, furniture, to artist materials.

Sun Street Chapel Junk Shop, is being managed by Radek Evans, who is running a side business selling new clothes raising money for Frome charities.

He told Nub News: " We are open every Wednesday, Thurday, Friday and Saturday from half past ten until 4pm."

The money from selling the antiques and bric a brac will go towards maintaining the chapel. Originally opened in 1834, Sun Street Chapel closed in 1982 and was a Primitive Methodist chapel. Primitive Methodists workers played an important role in the formative phase of the Trade Union movement in England.
