It is going to be a glorious sunny day - perfect weather for scarecrow hunting in Frome.

Hayesdown PTA is holding their annual Scarecrow Trail and it starts this Monday - during the half term.

This year's theme is Children's TV and it's on from Monday 31 - Monday June 7 around the Hayesdown and Stonebridge area of Frome.

There are 19 scarecrows to find and each trail map purchased will be entered into a prize draw to win a £20 Palette and Pasture voucher, kindly donated by them.

After the event, organisers will ask trailers to vote for their favourite Scarecrow on our Facebook page and the creator will win a 1kg Sugar Rush Confectionery sweet box, again, kindly donated by them.

Trail maps can be bought for £2.50 by clicking HERE the ticket site
