An application to vary conditions on permission 2021/2908/HSE ( which is to build a single storey side extension following the demolition of a garage). at Woodside Farm on the Old School to Bath Road in Woolverton, has been approved.

Also approved, an application to vary condition 2 (drawings) of planning approval 2021/2499/HSE, which will see a change roof tiles on the planning agreed at Forest View on Foghamshire Lane, in Trudoxhill near Frome.

While over at Knaphill Farm on Knapp Hill in Leigh On Mendip, planners have approved details reserved by conditions 4 (ducts, pipes, rainwater goods) 5 (bats) 6 (lighting design) 7 (Habitat bat roost type 001) 9 (Provision for nesting swallows) and 11 (hard and soft landscape scheme) on planning consent 2017/2726/FUL.
