The Old Rectory, also known as Rectory Farm House, was constructed in the 1600's. Bringing it into the modern era, the application includes a small gym and indoor spa with changing and shower facilities as well as a lounge area and a kitchenette.
An application is in to Mendip to vary condition 2, plans and condition 5 on application to demolish a garage and build a two storey side extension at 6 The Cedars in Frome. Details under Ref. No: 2022/0984/VRC.

As reported on Frome Nub News last wee, there is no objection to an application by Orchardleigh Golf Club on the right hand side of Estate Road along the A362 to Buckland Dinham, to extend the time it is allowed to bring in inert material on the site from six months to five years.
They have approved an application to fell an Alder tree at Ems Cottage on Top Lane in Mells.
Approved, an application by the homeowners of 15 Cheddar Close in Frome to build a single storey side extension and a new drive way.
An application to build a new five bedroomed home on land at Row Lane in Laverton, Frome, has been approved.
