The police team in Frome were out meeting the public today (Tuesday) in a new venue, the Rye Bakery on Whittox Lane in the town.

At one of their regular Cuppa with a Copper events, they were there to meet anyone who had an issue to raise about policing.

PC Heather Anderton and PCSO Gary Maule are making their Cuppa with a Copper events regular catch up sessions - open to all.

As police said: " Whether you just want a friendly chat, crime and prevention advice or if you want to advise us of any issues affecting your community we will be available to see you."

Meanwhile PCSO Russell Ford was at Mes Amis in Beckington, Frome, again as part of the focus on community engagement. He will be back there once again in the morning on March 31 from 9.30.
