Roadworks in and around Frome and the main road through Buckland Dinham will be closed as Wessex Water carry out repairs.

The order becomes effective on the 26th May 2022 with works expected to start on the 30th May with the road closed all day from midnight .

Over in Upper Whatcombe  Scottish and Southern Power Distribution. will be working on the road until June 7 from today (May 25).

Utility Asset Works will be working on Waterloo in Frome for the next two days until May 27.

And Somerset County Council have issued a temporary road closure notice prohibiting traffic from travelling along King Street between 09.00-10.00 on Saturday 28th May 2022.

This order will enable the St Aldhelm's Well Blessing to take place.
