Gooseberries go in

Its the Frome Cheese & Grain Farmers Market this Saturday 14th May 9am-1pm inside the Market Hall

The market is back indoors again on Saturday with the usual stellar line up of farmers and food producers. But we are minus Mikes Pork as he has snapped his achilles tendon 'ouch' and so is unable to drive until next month.

SFM have recently joined the Frome Food Network and it has been interesting to find out about food related grassroot organisations in and around Frome. We would like to share with you what they are doing ... we hope you may well want to get involved!

This month we have invited along Caroline from 'Field 2 Fork' a community based market garden.

There are lots of opportunities to get involved as a volunteer whilst learning about growing vegetables and connecting with others ... with lots of fresh air and exercise guaranteed!
